A standard box profile is a square or rectangular hollow aluminium extrusion. It is defined by width (A), height (B), wall thickness (t) and corner radius (R). Used in furniture frames, façade construction, machine housings and structural frame applications.
How to choose the right box profile size
Size is selected according to the load to be carried and the construction requirement. Small sections (15–40mm) are used for light furniture and decoration; large sections with greater wall thickness (76–150mm, 2mm+ wall) are preferred for structural and heavy-load applications.
