What is a roller blind profile?

A roller blind profile is an aluminium extrusion that forms the tube, cassette and fascia of a roller blind system. The tube is the main load-bearing element around which the fabric rolls; the cassette and fascia profiles conceal the mechanism and provide a clean finish.

How to choose the right roller blind tube diameter

Tube diameter is selected according to the width and weight of the fabric. Wider and heavier blinds require thicker tubes (Ø32mm, Ø38mm jumbo); narrower windows work well with thinner tubes (Ø19mm, Ø30mm). Thicker tubes support longer spans without sagging.
