Your personal data (name, surname, company name, email, phone, address, etc.) is processed to: evaluate your contact form, quote request and distributor application submissions; establish and carry out our business relationship with you; plan and carry out our commercial activities; fulfil legal obligations; and, where you have given explicit consent, for marketing purposes.

3. Method and Legal Basis of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact, quote and distributor application forms on our website. This data is processed on the basis of: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment or defence of a legal claim, and our legitimate interests. Marketing activities are carried out only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with our business partners, and with suppliers providing our IT infrastructure and website hosting (whose servers may be located outside Turkey, meaning your data may be transferred internationally), as well as with competent public authorities where legally required.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the right to: know whether your personal data is being processed; request information about such processing; learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom your data is transferred; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion or erasure of your data; request that corrections or deletions be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred; object to the outcome of automated processing that produces an adverse effect on you; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests in writing to info@kornissan.com or to our address above. Requests will be resolved free of charge within 30 days. If your request is rejected, the response is deemed insufficient, or no response is given within the legal period, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Board; in the EEA, your local data protection authority).
